At Vybe, we stand behind the performance of our products.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
